PROGRESS OF INVERCARGILL.
[BY TELEGRAPH. — ASSOCIATION.] •Invercargill, Friday. The Government valuation roll of the borough of Inveicargill, corrected up to March 31, shows the capital value of ratable property to be £1,327,429, unimproved value £552,070, and annual ratable value £79,646, showing an increase for the year in the . respective values of £45,171, £171, and £2479. Fifty-seven new ; buildings and 29 additions were erected during the year at a cost of £42,500.
