Rome, May 23. There is a strike in progress of the workmen at . Terni, in Italy, and a number of workmen have been engaged to displace the strikers. .
Yesterday a mob of infuriated women, wives of the strikers, stormed the factories, or; the purpose of expelling the "blacklegs," and it was necessary to call out the troops to restore order. '
