ITALIAN POLITICS.
THE NEW MINISTRY. By Telegraph.—Press Association Copyright. (Received May 31, 10.20 p.m.) ~ Rome, May 31. Signor GiOLiTTi, Premier of Italy, has formed his Ministry, and in the Cabinet are the following:—Premier and Minister for the Interior, Signor Giolitti; Minister for Foreign Affairs, Signor Tittoni; Minister for the Treasury, Signor Majorani; Minister for Finance, Signor M.assimini; Minister for War, General Vigane; Minister for Marine, Admiral Mirabello. the above, Signor Tittoni and Admiral Nurabello only were members of Signoi" Giolitti's Ministry of last rear. The complaint was made that that Ministry, instead of being Liberal, consisted mostly of reactionaries. The party of the Left, to which Signor Giolitti belonged, consequently? was hostile, end the Ministry did not last long. The inclusion of so many new names in the m Ministry just formed may mean that the Premier has avoided the error of overlooking his own party when making up his Cabinet.
