JAPANESE WAR REWARDS.
PRECEDENCE TO THE NAVY. By Telegraph.—Press Association Copyright. (Received May 31, 11.20 p.m.) Tokio, May 31. The list of war rewards has been gazetted. Precedence in the list is given to the navy. The Japanese Government has raieccl an internal loan, and of it £15,000,000 has been set aside for the making of reward* to the officers and men of the army and navy for their services in the war.
