DEPUTATION TO THE PREMIER By Telegraph.— Association Copyright. London, December 13. Processions of unemployed were held in Hyde Park to-day. Two leaders of the men waited on Sir H. Campbell-Bannerman at his residence and urged upon him the hardships endured by-- the unemployed. (Received December 14, 10.14 p.m.) London, December 14. Sir H. Campbell-Bannerman told the deputation from the unemployed that he would consult his colleagues and give the whole subject consideration sympathetically with a view to discovering the cause of the evil and preventing a recurrence. Mr. John Burns, who was present, promised to do all within the limited powers his Department possessed and permitted to help them.
