[EST TELECRAPH OWN CORRESrOXDEXT.] Wellington, Thursday. After a short trip to the Marlborough Sounds the Tutanekai, with Mr. Seddon and party on board, returned to Wellington this afternoon. On Monday the Premier will lay the foundation-stone of the Christ-church Exhibition. The members of the Cabinet at present in Wellington, in addition to the Premier, are the Ministers for Public Works (the Hon. W. Hall-Jones), Lands (the Hon. T. Y. Duncan), Justice (the Hon. J. McGowan), Customs (the Hon. *C. H. Mills), and the Attorney-General (the Hon. A. Pitt).
