MULTITUDE OP DESTITUTE CHINESE. London, April -1. Thcro are 100,000 destitute Chinese in the vicinity of Mukden. Scores of their villages between Mukden and Liao-yang have been destroyed. There is great lack of farm stock, seeds, and implements, and the prospect of crops, therefore, is small. The Chinese Government is providing shelter and food for .150,000 homeless people.
