THIRD BALTIC SQUADRON. London. April 4. The third Baltic squadron, under Rear-Admiral Diebogatoff, is taking in coal at Jibutil. THE RUSSIAN LOCAL LOAN. (Kcceivcii April 6, 12.11 a.m.) London*, April 5. The Russian Minister for Finance has raised a war loan of £20,000.000 locally at 5 per cent. The amount required was covered below threefold. A large part of the proceeds is to be devoted to the purchase of 4 per rem. Russian stocks to prevent their further depreciation.
