EUROPEANS TO LEAVE HARBIN.
THE JAPANESE ADVANCE. London, April 4. General Linevitch has advised the European non-combatants to leave Harbin. No serious lighting is expected, however, for a fortnight. The Japanese advance guard drove the Russians in the vicinity of Kaiyuen northwards. A Russian force is now holding Aishan-kao, a place -() miles to the north-cast of Kaij uen.
