REASON FOR THE VISIT.
FRANCE'S ISOLATION. (Received April 5, 1.10 a.m.) London, April 4. The Times' Berlin correspondent says that according to the press of Germany the Kaiser's intervention in Morocco was due to the fact that he felt that Germany was being ignored and neglected. The visit was based on the calculation that France was isolated owing to Russia's collapse and Britain's abdication of claims in Morocco. King Edward's visit to Marseilles next Friday to join the Queen on a Mediterranean cruise and the approaching exchange of visits by the English and French navies are duly noted by the German newspapers as signs ot Anglo-French friendship.
It is also suggested (hat Germany would willingly agree to France's intervention in Morocco if allowed to obtain the cession of AlogaUur for herself.
