[BY TELEGRAPH.—OWN CORRESPONDENT,] Dtjnedin, Thursday. The steady advance in the value of farming lands is shown by the high price obtained for Meadowbank property, on Tokomairiro Plain, which has just changed hards. The property consists of 468 acres, and is about two miles from the town of Milton. It has just been purchased by Mr. J. S. Fleming, of Otokia, "for £22 10s an acre, and! the price is a record for the district. ■ -
