A human pamphlet is selling in London .purporting to contain official reports from De la Roy. Smuts, and Lichenberg. It reiterates the astounding falsehoods regarding great Boer victories, British atrocities on women and children, and the cold-blooded murders of prisoners and wounded. The Standard characterises the pamphlet as Dr. Leyds' final effort to elicit Continental sympathy. A PLUCKY GARRISON. London, April 29. The garrison of Ookief, in Weß* tern Cape Colony, continues to repulse all attacks made upon it, inflicting heavy losses on the Boers.
