MR. SEDDON AT ALBANY.

Albany, April 29. The troopship Drayton Grange arrived on Sunday night from Sydney. Mr. Seddon was met by the Colonial Treasurer and oilier members of the West Australian Parliament, and was welcomed. Prior to the departure, of the troopship yesterday Mr, Seddon conveyed to the Premier an. expression of thanks for the Government's hospitality, and staled that on his return lie hoped to visit reman tie. ~'',

A number of Now Zeafanders participated in the welcome to Mr. Seddon, who subsequently was entertained at the Freeman's Hotel.
