MISSING FRIENDS
The following inquiries for missing friends in New Zealand are from Lloyd's Weekly : — Michael Lydon, plasterer, went to New Zealand 21 years back ; last wrote home about 1886 ; believed to have been in Sydney two years ago. Son James asks. Christopher Salmon, went to New Zealand or Australia 15 years ago. Brother Peter asks. James Wright, of Horndon-on-Hill, Essex, last wrote from Brunt Hill, West Oxford, Canterbury, New Zealand, in June, 1892. Brother Charles asks. Mrs. Mary Houldsworth, nee Moore, of Huddersfield, sailed for New Zealand on May 1, 1859 ; last news in 1870, when employed as a governess. Sister asks. Emma Wood, formerly in service in Ber-wick-street, Soho, went to Overtown, New Zealand, about 35 years back. Sister Susan asks. James B. Burton, gave his address 30 years ago, as Netley-street, Auckland, New Zealand. Sister Agnes asks.
