[BT telegraph.—press ASSOCIATION.] Hawkiu, Thursday. At the Egmont Show, Messrs. Lovell and Christmas' cheese trophy was won by Mr. J. West, of the Ngaire Co-operative Dairy Company, Mr. H. M. Yeates, of New Plymouth, being second. The Ngaire Company also won the first prize in the Cheddar class. The Egmont Association's butter trophy fell to the Rowan Dairy Factory Company, the Hurleyville Dairy Factory Company being second. For lewt separator butter for export, the Monmouth Road Factory, Stratford, took first prize. Championships were won as follows : — Sheep : Lincolu rains, B. W. Foreman ; owe. Miss A. P. Watt (Wanganni); shorthorn bull and cow, Moore, Hunter's Estate; thoroughbred 'mare, A. W. Budge; draught filly, F. A. Bremer,
