PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH UNION.
[by TELEGRAFII.— ASSOCIATION.] Dunedin, Thursday, The Presbyterian Synod resumed consideration of the question of union with the Northern Church to-night. It was decided to receive the report of the committee and to proceed to consider seriatim four of the articles. The motion was carried by 78 to 54. In the division the number of elders for and against was about even, so that the majority of unionists are ministers.
