THAMES HARBOUR BOARD.

[by telegraph,—-Own correspondent.] Thames, Tuesday. At a meeting of the Thames Harbour Board, held in the Borough Chambers this evening, it was decided that the harbour master be instructed to request captains of steamers to desist from the practice of blowing the Whistle While at the Wharf, It Was further decided that a barrier be erected on the wharf at a point to be fixed by the General Purposes Committee. Mr. Potto intimated that hi would move at the next'meeting of bhd Board. "That the work of extending the Wharf be at once proceeded with as far as the revenue of the Board will permit, without Waiting for the proposed loan."
