SUPREME COURT.—In Chambkw. Friday. [Before His Honor Mr. Justice Conolly.} Administration.—ln estate of Gordon John Hall, deceased, Mr. Buddie moved that administration de bonus non be granted to R. W. Hall. The order was granted as prayed. Appointment op Trustees.ln the matter of the Trustee Act, 1883, and of the will of Robert James Hall, Mr. Buddie moved that trustees of the will be appointed. The order as prayed was granted. Taxation op Costs.— the matter of the Law Practitioners Act, 1882, and of a bill of costs of Finn and Crisp against Mereona Paraone. Mr. Clayton moved on summons for taxation of the bill. There was no appearance on the other side, bub Mr. Clayton said by arrangement with Mr. Cooper, who represented Messrs. Finn and Crisp, he had to ask his Honor to allow this matter to stand over till the 26th. The adjournment was granted. In the matter of a bill of costs Finn and Crisp v. Mereona Paraone and others, Mr. Clayton also moved on summons for an order to tax the bill. This application was also allowed to stand over. R.M. COURT.— [Before Dr. Giles, R.M.J C. F. Martin v. F. Paltridge.—This was a claim for £7 13s 6d for board and lodging. The case had come before the Court on Thursday, September 7, when, defendant not being present when the case was called, judgment was given against him by default. Mr. P. Oliphant applied for a re-hearing of the case. Dr. Giles granted the application. The hearing of the evidence was then proceeded with, Mr. Cotter conducting the case for the plaintiff. The plaintiff agreed to accept judgment for £5 10s, with costs £2 12s.
