[BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] .Napier, Tuesday. TnK divorce case Joshua v. Joshua and the counter petition were advanced a stage to day. The principal witness was Mrs Kemp, mother of Mrs. Joshua, who de posed to seeing Joshua on several nightsenter Miss Keep's bedroom at Taupo, and remain several hours each time. She also stated that Miss Keep wore a grey woollen nightdress of Huffy material, and that fluff of the same kind was found by her in Joshua's bed, which first aroused her suspicions. The same witness also deposed *to the servant, Tuft, being in Joshua's room with the door fastened. A man in charge of a cottage at Farudon deposed to Joshua and Tuft repeatedly visiting the place, which was leased by Joshua, and remaining B"me hours on each occasion in a shed where Tuft's brother, a boy employed on the place, had a bedroom.
