Our London correspondent writes:-The organising committee of the Imperial Institute have adopted the draft scheme of constitution together with regulations for the remission of fellows to the privileges of the Institute. At the meeting Held yesterday, a telegram was received to the effect that New Zealand declined to participate in the proposed Mining Exhibition in connection with the opening of the Imperial Institute. Sir Francis Bell was hot present.
