On the Christchurch green Kaituna (23) beat Lawrence (18). Wellington team arrived at eleven a.m., and the match Canterbury v. Wellington commenced on tho Canterbury green. Christchurch No. 5 was beaten by one point by Phoenix, Oam.iru, No. 3, after r, closelytested game. Christchurch No. 3 boat Green Island No. 2 by 19 points. Tho second ties of rink champion tourney resulted as follows :— On Christchurch Green : Oamaru No. 1, J. Martin (skip), boat Milton No. 1, J. White (skip), 23 to 13; Rosyln No. 1, W. Carlton, beat Wellington No. 2, A. Campbell, 26 to 23; Dunedin No. 3, J. Hunter, beat Canterbury No. 2, H. W. Tooincr, 21 to 19; Caledonian No. 3, E. Hogg, beat Canterbury No. 5, B. Hale, 22 to 21 (Canterbury was 9 ahead at tho 19th head, but the Caledonians held on the 21sb head, and Ringle's bowl sent up resulted in their favour). Canterbury No. 1, G. Coleman, beat Oarnaru No. 2, Gemmell, 27 to 19; Kaituna No. 2, W. Forrester, beat Caledonian No. 1, C. F. Greenslade, 46 to 8; Canterbury No. 4, J. G. Harris, beat Dunedin No. 4, J. The bowling three rink medal match this evening, between Timaru and Sydenham, resulted in favour of tfhe former, the scores being 17, 17, 20, and 18, 20, 11.
