FATAL RAIL ACCIDENT.

[BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Christchitrch, Sunday. Paul Bryant, boatswain of the ship Albuera, was killed at Lyttelton, to-day, by falling off the platform of the train for Christchurch, just as it was entering the tunnel, at twenty minutes to two p.m. The trajn did not pass over him, but he is supposed to have struck his chest against the points. He was alive but speechless when picked up, and died in fifteen minutes.
