FOUND DROWNED.
[BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Donedin, Monday. At tho inquest on the body of James Wilson, found in the harbour, a verdict of found drowned was returned. Deceased was an engine driver by trade, and had been in Dunedin for about six months, working part of the time at, the foundry. He had a wife and family at Wellington, and had been arrested Home time ago for deserting them. Ho had shipped on board the Wairarapa, and it is supposed that when going on board three weeks ago he fell into the water. As he had very few friends here he was not missed.
Wkstport, Monday. William Jones was found dead in a small creek at Cape Foulwind this morning. The body was found lying face down. It is supposed the deceased was overtaken with a fit. He leaves a widow and a grown up family.
