London, November 23. v THE Parliamentary Committee appointed by Mr. Goschen to consider the question of the investment of trust funds in colonial securities are discussing the provisions of the Imperial Bill which sanctions the investment 'of trust funds in the manner desired by the Colonial Governments. Sir Graham Berry, the Agent-General of Victoria, '■who was one of those selected to act with the committee, questions the right of certain demands made on the colonies as provided in the Bill. Sir F. Bell, who is also on the committee, expresses himself favourable to the adoption of the measure, since it is optional with the colonies whether they agree to accept the Imperial Act.
