LARGE INCREASE PROPOSED. ~ - Berlin, November 22. In the Reichstag, the Minister of War announced that the select committee appointed to inquire into the condition of the German Army had ap- ■ proved of a proposal for organising two new army corps, and had declared that the increase was not due to the passing of the French Army Bill.
