Flouixdo Castkllano, M - ho is travelling, and who is said to be t\ nephew of Signor Crispi, the Italian Premier, has recovored £1000 damages from the Grosvonor Hotel Company, Sydney. The company sued Castellano for £16, an hotel bill. He paid £35 into Court, and counter-claimed £'2000 damages for wrongful arrest on a writ of capias. The jury found for the plaintiff company for £39 and costs, and for defendant £1000 and costs.
