[by TELEGRAPH. —press ASSOCIATION.] WEllington*, Thursday. A return presented to the Chamber of Commerce shows the excess of emigration from New Zealand over immigration since the beginning of the year to be 110 less than 9340 persons. The return of immigration and emigration from the colony for September shows the arrivals to be 831, while the departures were 1962. Of the latter, 129 left for Victoria, and 594 for New South Wales.
