STRANGLED BY A SUPPLEJACK.
Wellington, Friday. The: body of a man, supposed to be that of a Maori, was found yesterday by two soua of a s ittler, in the bush, about a couple ofmiles from Sanson, The deceased had evidently strangled himself by means of a supplejack strung to the branch of a tree. The body had apparently been hanging for about three weeks."
