MR. KELLY AND THE TAURANG A SEAT.
[BY TELEGRAPH.—OWN CORRESPONDS Cambridge, Monday. I am informed that Mr. Kelly has not waived his question as to the legality of the election. He did not employ Mr. Moss as solicitor to go to Auckland, nor had Mr. Mots any authority to say so. Mr. Kelly was not on the Taurang* Wharf when the steamer left on Saturdav, but was some time before she left. Mr. Kelly is here on. his way to Auckland to commence proceedings to unseat Mr. Sheehau. The above information I have obtained from Mr. Kelly himself.
