ROBBERY FROM TEE PREMIER'S HOUSE.

A 2JU3IEER of larrikins, taking advantage of Mr. Stout's absence from Uunedin, broke into his house about a quarter - past four yesterday, and stole therefrom a large number of articles. The polics soon got wind of the robbery, and recovered most of the goods before they were removed from the {/round. The names of the culprits are also known. A later telegram says Tho statement re the burglary is exaggerated. Two youngsters got into the wash-house and stole some starch.
