It is said he returned believing that he had induced his wife to cause the warrant to be set aside. ' His many friends will be glad to hear that Mr. Fi'zpatrick, of -Ngaruawahia, ia recovering from the severe attack of congestion ot the lungs, with which he has been laid irp.
