THE PARIHAKA NATIVES AGAIN OBSTRUCT.
[BY TELEGRAPH. —FRESS ASSOCIATION.] New Plymouth, Sat.arday. Tub natives have again commenced to obstruct the roads near Parihaka. r Yesterday; morning, the men constructing a bridge on the road between Pungarehn and Rahotu were stopped by the viativeg,. who had assembled in great numbers, A messenger was at once to Pungarehu, and the constabulary were ordered to proceed to the spot, to ntotect the workmen. The natives refusal to leave after the constabulary arrived. Mr. Parris and Major Tuke were sent for, and they took their departure for ca,mp this-, morning. The - reason the natives have obstructed the work is, they say, because tho Government i 3 encroaching upon their land. ■
