The report, which was of a very fa\ ourable nature, was, with the balanceunanimously adopted, and the following gentlemen were then duly elected members of committee for the year — Messrs. Blake, Isitt, Kemp, Latimer; Moore a lorrow, and Scott. After a unanimous vote or thanks to the outgoing committee, and the usual vote of thanks to the chair the meeting terminated. '
