The boys, especially the 1 ~ tipper classes, displayed an intelligent knowledge of arithmetic and grammar. . In the from dictation, the spelling was correct and" handwriting neat and legible. The recita--' tations, especially o£ the third and second, classes, were delivered with correct intonation.
