A JtERTiNO of the directors of the Importation of I ure-bred Stock Company was lu-ld on Saturday afternoon, at Kerala's British Hotel, Queen-street Mr. Bassett in the chair, when the directors present signed tho doed of iiSMociilion. Mr. Bassett sta'cd that the mi.meys promised to him by parties desirous of taking up shares, amounted to £105 ; and the other directors also had promises of different amount, -o that there will be little difficulty in raising the full sum of £500.
