BOILING DOWN.
A meeting of tlio committee appointed to consider the advisability of forming a boiling down company, was held on Saturday afternoon at Sceat'a Brilish ITotel, Mr. Runcimnn in the chair. The membei-3 nf tlie committee stated that they had pret'y well tested the public feeling, on the question of the formation ofauehacompany as that referred to, and if once started they thought there was every prospect of its being highly successful. After soma desultory discussion, it was resolved to call a meeting of persons interested in the subject, at the same liolel next Saturday afternoon, for the purpose of at once forming the company and getting it into working order.
