BLENHEIM, December 10.

Ai the Supreme Court yesterday, omos against Kerrm, Goff, and Gorrie, for cattle stealing, and Yates, for assault with intent on a young girl, were dismissed. At the sitting of the Court this morning, R. E. Earl v. Dogherty, for libel, Mr Travers appeared for the defendant. He made a special plea, stating the allegations in the libel to be true, and that Earl actually seduced his niece, and had had intercourse with her during the past two yoars; ami further, that the alleged libol was made with the view of having the allegations inquired into for the public benefit.
