Tho Wellington Oity Waterworks Loan, which wan about to be placed on tho London market, has boon temporarily withdrawn by the London agonts of the Corporation Bankers, owing to the fact that the issue of tho five million loan has affected the market to a considerable extext. All the single girls by the Arethusa have obtained employment at fair wages.
