Personal Mr. and Mrs. H. Hargreaves have returned to their home in Auckland after spending several weeks as the guests of Mr. and Mrs. C. Cooper. Mr. and Mrs. D. Wright and family are leaving the district shortly for Suva, where Mr Wright will take up a position. Mr. and Mrs. Packard have taken up residence on Mr. Wright’s farm to manage it during his absence. TENNIS DANCE A most enjoyable dance was held in the Kaingaroa Hall last Saturday night. Although the crowd was not large, all those present entered into the sport and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The music was supplied by Messrs. Feely, Rapana (accordian) and W. Waitohe (piano). The monte carlo was won by Miss Jean McMullen and partner, and the competition by Mr. N. McMullen. A buffet supper was served, and the dance ended at midnight.
