Peculiar Effect of “ No License.” OAMARU, Saturday. The Railway Hotel at Weston was completely burned down last night. No one was living in the house at the time, but clearing out had taken place during the day, with a view to compliance with no-license conditions, and a fire had been left burning in the grate.
