Effect of the Kapanui Disaster. WELLINGTON, Monday. The Australasian Federated Seamen’s Union learns that as a result of the Clay-more-Kapanui collision in Auckland Harbour, legislation will be introduced next session for the abolition of the Auckland river limits, as laid down by tho Shipping and Seamen’s Act.
