RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1 That all disputes and objections arising out of the lacing' shall he decided by the ttewfads, their decision to be final. 2 Three acceptances in Cup ar.d Flying Handicap or no race; in all other events three entries or no race. 3 A qualification fee of five shillings for sou-members. 4 All protests to be lodged with the secretary within ten minutes after the race, together with a fee of ten shillings, which will bo forfeited if protest is not sustained. o All entries to bo sealed and addressed to the Secretary, Parenga (or 51r. F. Trigg, goul torn). Two years’ previous performances, gather yrith colours of rider, to accompany «ach nomination.
