IMPORTS TO BELGIUM

GOVERNMENT TO CONSIDER • LICENSES

London, June 6. The Belgian Government is now prepared to consider licenses to import goods into Belgium and Luxemburg through private channels. This type of importation may apply to most goods, the only limited range being reserved for importations through the Belgian Economic Mission in London. Private trading, however, will be subject to export licensing requirements and normal export credits. Guarantee facilities are now avnlaMe for exports to Belgium.
