WARNING TO FINLAND
TIME NOW UP FOR DECISIONS London, April 16. Moscow radio quoting Professor Stein, an expert on Russo-Finnish relations, says the Finns are attempting to hide behind the slogan of a segregated war, which means essentially a continuation of the alliance with Germany. History cannot afford to give them any more deferments. Time is now up for decisions on which depend' the future destiny of Finland.
