ORDER OF THE DAY BY HORTHY London, April 16. The Hungarian news agency states that the Regent. Admiral Horthy, issued the following order of the day to the Hungarian Army: "As far as Hungary’s fate is concerned a decisive phase of the war is imminent and the immediate defence of Hungary has become necessary. There can be no retreat in this struggle. We do not stand alone. We fight shoulder to shoulder with the German armed forces. I expect you all to do your duty.”
