SUPREME COURT

SESSION ON TUESDAY NO JURORS REQUIRED The only business so far set down for a session of the Supreme Court next Tuesday is a number of divorce cases. The Hon. Mr Justice G. P. Finlay will preside. As there are no cases requiring a jury jurors who have been called will not need to attend. The following -undefended divorce cases are listed for hearing: Albert Norris Turley (Mr M. C. 11. Cheek) v. Muriel Teresa Turley. Neil Robert Page (Mr Cheek) v. Hazel Winifred Page, alleged desertion. Thelma Maude Stuart (Mr C. W. Thorp) v. Laurence Louis Stuart, alleged adultery. Ivy Myrtle Turner (Mr Cheek) v. Charles Leslie Turner, agreement for separation. Nellie Marshall (Mr Cheek) v. James Marshall, alleged desertion. Martin Joseph Dunn (Mr Thorp) v. Ann Dunn, alleged desertion. Morris Lionel Reid Win (Mr C. R. Fell) v. Heather Ogilvie Win and corespondent. alleged adultery.
