The prices now fixed relate to books which conform to specifications set out in the standard issued by the New Zealand Standards Institute. Specifications o i tie books in question have been drawn up after consultation with the manufacturers and members of the teaching profession. The range specified in the price order will cover all the requirements of exercise books for primary schools throughout the Dominion.
