CREDIT BY FRAUD
[United Press Association i TIMARU, 24th October. Ten charges of obtaining credit by fraud in Timaru, Oamaru and Gore, together with a charge of theft, were admitted by Earle Shilton, alias William McGuire, aged 22, in the Magistrates’ Courts The magistrate, Mr H. Morgan, said accused had indulged in an orgy of i crime. He sentenced him to six ! months’ hard labour, to be followed by j six months’ reformative detention.
