COMMITTED FOR SENTENCE

Robert Sinclair, aged 73 years, appeared in the Magistrate’s Court yesterday afternoon before Mr T. E. Maunsell, S.M., on a charge of indecently assaulting a male at Nelson on 19th October. After the evidence of the boy concerned, aged 17 years, and DetectiveSergeant F. Hayhurst, had been taken, accused pleaded guilty and was committed for sentence to the Supreme Court at Wellington.
