TRANSFER BEING CONSIDERED BERLIN, 29th December. Dr. Conti, Chief of Municipal Hospitals, reveals that he is considering the transfer of about 800 Jewish inmates of institutions for the insane to Jewishowned houses under the care of Jewish doctors, thus shifting their upkeep to the Jewish community. He estimated that at present they are costing the city over two million marks annually. JEWISH CHILDREN EXPELLED (Received 30th December, 12.55 p m.) WARSAW, 29th December. Jewish circles report that 600 Jewish children have been expelled from Germany.
